E-mail photo and text PHOTO REQUIREMENTS When choosing your photo, please keep in mind that it will have to be enlarged or reduced (maybe cropped) in size to fit the product you are ordering. When we adjust your photo to fit, we will design it so the most important part of the photo is used. If your photo is being used on smaller items; IE: Key Chains, Magnets, etc., the subject should be further away in the photo in order for us to easily reduce the image without losing quality or content. We cannot use copyrighted material without a release from the copyright holder. *Please see note below about Professional Photos. If you took the photo, you are the copyright holder and grant us permission to reproduce the image and a release form is not required. We also cannot reproduce any licensed material. Example: Mickey Mouse, National Sports Team logos, etc. ADD-A-HEAD SHOT! PHOTO REQUIREMENTS In addition to the above requirements, please keep in mind that we will be using just your head shot from your photo and we will reduce that to approximately 1" depending on the design. Because we are only using your head shot, the type of photo that works best would be one that is as close to a close-up as you can get. Although not shown in the designs, we will match skin tone from the supplied photo. NOTE: Copyright statement on web images will not print on final product. PHOTO QUALITY Please supply the best quality photo. We will print just what you send and if the photo is out of focus or contains other bad qualities, that is what will print. We can make "slight" corrections if needed. We can fix most "red eye" problems, adjust brightness to a degree, remove any blemishes or stray markings, even fix tiny rips or tear marks. If the subject is wearing eye glasses, sometimes the flash will "bounce off" the lens and create a white streak across the lens. If it is a slight streak, we can try to tone it down so it is not that noticeable. If the subject is lost against a very busy background, we can slightly blur out the background so the subject is the most noticeable feature of the photo. If sending photos from your digital camera, please make sure they are at least 2 mega pixels. If you scan your photo, please do so at a minimum of 300 dpi. You can U.S. mail us your photo to the address below and we will scan and return the photo, undamaged, with your order. If we receive a photo that we feel will not produce well, we will notify you. We could just reproduce a bad quality photo but we will not because our name is on it and we want you to be completely satisfied with the end result. PHOTO FORMAT Photo formats - JPEG, TIFF, EPS. Line-art and logos - BMP, EPS SENDING PHOTO Sending your photo is easy! The procedure is just like when you send them to family and friends and that is to attach your photo to an e-mail. In the e-mail subject line, please enter PHOTO FOR ORDER. So we know how to identify the photo with your order, please name the photo file with your name as it appears on the order. Any text required should also be sent in the same e-mail. If you are ordering more than one item and they require different photos and text, please e-mail each separately and indicate which item they are to appear on. PROOF Not to worry! We will e-mail a proof before printing and once approved, we will proceed with your order. Biz Regards wants to make ordering your personalized products as simple as possible. We will gladly take the time to design and embellish each item so you do not have to try and come up with a design. However, if you are artistic and have a design already made, we can reproduce your artwork. We work in Corel Draw and Photo Paint 12 and can accept those files. We also accept Paint Shop Pro 8 files.
